Service Package Description

1. Basic Concept of the Hohta Service

Hohta is a Finnish service that makes solar panel production data easy to display, for example on a lobby information screen. Our server environment is located in Finland, and the solution can be implemented without connecting to the customer's internal network. This makes deployment easier, especially at sites where corporate network security requirements are strict.

A connection that is fully independent of the local network is possible when no other monitoring or control devices that are already on the local network are connected to the solar inverters.

3. Views

All information-screen views are produced for the customer as a web page. The customer can open the link we provide and view solar production on the information screen. For the view to work, the information screen must have an internet connection. The information screen does not need an internal-network connection to the solar inverters.

Lightweight Information Screen

The lightweight information screen is a simple public view included in the Small package for presenting solar power system production. It is suitable for small sites where the current production status should be displayed clearly without historical data or monitoring features.

The view includes:

• instantaneous production power
• the system's total yield
• Hohta's logo and theme

The lightweight information screen does not include saved historical data, historical graphs, or a production chart for the last 30 days.

Basic View

The basic view is Hohta's standard public information-screen view for the Basic, Extended, and Custom packages. It is designed for a lobby, corridor, educational institution, or customer-space display where solar power system production should be presented clearly.

The view includes:

• the system's total yield
• a chart of today's electricity production
• instantaneous power
• energy produced during the last 30 days as a bar chart
• Hohta's logo and theme

Elegant View

The elegant view is a more visual information-screen view for sites where solar production should be presented in a more communication-focused way, such as in a lobby, customer space, or sustainability communication setting. It highlights the impact of solar production in a clear and calm format, and it can be selected in the Extended package instead of the basic view.

In the Custom package, the elegant view can be used as a starting point for modifications. These can include the logo, color theme, background image, fonts, and the information shown on the display.

4. Package-Specific Descriptions

A 500 € hardware cost is added to the package price. Any additional hardware required by the site is charged separately.

Small

A one-time-payment lightweight information-screen package without saved historical data.

Price: 1500 € one-time payment.

For whom: Small is suitable for small sites where solar production should be shown on a public information screen as simply as possible, without saved historical data, login-portal history, inverter-specific monitoring, or alerts.

Key contents:

• up to 150 kWp, up to 2 inverters, 1 data collection device, and 1 user
• public lightweight information screen for presenting production
• instantaneous production power and total system yield on the display
• Hohta logo and theme
• no saved historical data, 0 months
• light support provided on a best-effort basis

Limitations:

• does not include historical data, historical graphs, or a 30-day production chart
• does not include email alerts
• does not include inverter-specific monitoring
• does not include separate reports, data exports, interfaces, or bulk downloads
• does not include customer-specific dashboard changes
• does not include on-site support, inspection, or maintenance actions unless separately agreed

Basic

Lightweight information-screen and basic monitoring package for small sites.

For whom: Basic is suitable for small sites where solar production is to be shown on a public information screen and basic data is to be viewed in a login portal without inverter-specific monitoring or alerts.

Key contents:

• up to 150 kWp, up to 2 inverters, 1 data collection device, and 1 user
• public basic view for presenting production
• Hohta logo and theme
• 12 months of historical data in the login portal
• light support provided on a best-effort basis

Limitations:

• does not include email alerts
• does not include inverter-specific monitoring
• does not include separate reports, data exports, interfaces, or bulk downloads
• does not include customer-specific dashboard changes
• does not include on-site support, inspection, or maintenance actions unless separately agreed

Extended

A broader monitoring package for larger sites and more detailed monitoring.

For whom: Extended is suitable for sites where solar production is to be monitored more privately and in more detail in addition to the public information screen. The package is especially suitable for sites with several inverters or where email alerts are desired for fault conditions and data collection interruptions.

Key contents:

• up to 250 kWp, up to 15 inverters, 1 data collection device, and up to 3 users
• all features included in the Basic package
• inverter-specific graphs in the login portal
• 24 months of historical data
• email alerts for inverter fault conditions or error codes detected by the service
• email alerts for data collection interruptions detected by the service
• option for an elegant or basic information-screen view
• reasonable remote support during Hohta's normal working hours, insofar as the matter concerns the service for which Hohta is responsible

Limitations:

• does not include binding response or repair times unless separately agreed
• does not include on-site measures unless separately agreed
• does not include customer-specific reports, integrations, or white-label implementations without a separate agreement

Historical data means production data that is displayed in the service and used for the service's operation. A separate data extract, report, or analysis can be implemented as separately charged work if technically possible.

Custom

A customer-specific tailored package that gives you exactly what you need.

For whom: Custom is suitable for customers who want an experience tailored specifically to their needs. In addition to standard features, custom-built features are available. Custom is also well suited for customers who want to order the service for several sites at once.

Key contents:

• No size limits.
• You may modify the basic or elegant view according to your needs. This includes the logo, color theme, background image, information to be displayed, or a view built completely from scratch for your needs.
• Feature scope according to the customer's needs.
• Selectable number of users.
• Customer-specific reports, data extracts, or additional services.
• Possible integrations, special support, maintenance agreement, extended support, or service level commitments as separately agreed.

Limitations:

• Custom does not automatically expand Hohta's responsibilities or obligations, but only to the extent agreed in writing.
• Price, contract term, service levels, reporting, field services, and other special terms are always defined case by case.

Example modifications requested by a customer may include:

• the customer's logo
• the customer's brand colors
• space left at the bottom for the customer's on-screen news ticker

This is only an indicative example. Customization can also be applied to the elegant view, and customization may include logos, color scheme, background image, fonts for the elegant view, selection of the information shown, or building an entirely new view from scratch.

Historical data

Production and monitoring data stored in the service, which can be displayed in the portal to the extent included in the service package. A separate export, data extract, or report is not included unless separately agreed.

Private monitoring

A customer-facing view in the login portal where inverter-specific graphs, historical data, and system status can be reviewed.

Alerts

Email alerts for fault conditions, error codes, or data collection interruptions detected by the service. Alerts depend on the data technically available from the site's inverters and data collection.

Elegant view

An illustrative view of the effects of solar production, intended for communication and customer-space use.

Customized view

A customer-specific visual design where the information screen can follow the customer's logo, colors, or other brand guidelines, or be built entirely from scratch.

Additional services

Reports, integrations, maintenance agreements, extended support, guaranteed response times, or other customer-specific work agreed separately.

7. General Limitations and Additional Work

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the order form, offer, or service description, the service packages do not include site-specific additional work, extensions, integrations, field visits, or other measures that are not part of the standard content of the selected service package.

• the hardware cost is 500 €. Any additional hardware required by the site, installation, electrical work, travel expenses, and special deployment work are charged in addition according to the price list or a separate offer
• the functionality of the site's electrical system, inverters, internal network, and other local systems is the responsibility of the customer or the site's other supplier unless otherwise agreed in writing
• the service information is informative and depends on inverters, data collection, telecommunications connections, and technical availability
• Hohta is not the technical maintenance company for the customer's solar power system or place of use unless separately agreed
